POISED FOR PARKINSON’S
an Alexander technique based course for people living with Parkinson’s & their care partners
This course is funded by a Parkinson’s Foundation Community Grant and is free to all participants.
Since this course is also part of a research study through the University of Idaho, we hope that you will choose to help us learn more about how online Alexander technique classes can help people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners. To participate in the research, you will need to read and sign an Informed Consent Letter, and in addition to each of your pre-course phone surveys, the people living with Parkinson’s who are taking the course will be scheduled for a physical function assessment session via Zoom. Dates: Mondays & Thursdays, April 19 — June 17, 2021
Time: 2:00pm—3:45pm (NOTE: First and Last Classes go till 4:15pm)
Location: We will meet together for this course live via Zoom
